Description
For persistent or recurring back pain that hasn’t improved with typical treatment. The goal is to identify the specific triggers contributing to your symptoms and build a clear, individualized plan. During this session, we will: • Review your history and current symptoms • Assess how your spine moves and responds to different positions and loads • Identify movements or postures that aggravate or relieve your pain • Begin targeted treatment and movement strategies based on your presentation You will leave with a clear plan including movement strategies, exercise progressions, and practical modifications to help reduce pain and improve function. This is not a passive treatment session — it is designed to give you direction, control, and long-term progress. Recommended for: • Back pain that keeps coming back • Pain not improving with other treatments • Pain triggered by specific movements or positions • Disc-related or load-sensitive symptoms • Individuals looking for a structured, long-term solution
